The deal, in plain words

What the service is

We watch the USCIS receipt numbers you add and tell you when something changes. We show you the Visa Bulletin, official rules and court rulings that match your profile, and reminders for deadlines you enter. Status text is quoted from USCIS exactly as they publish it.

What it is not

It is not legal advice, and we are not a law firm. We do not predict when USCIS will decide your case. Alerts can be late or missed if USCIS systems change or are unavailable; do not rely on us as your only source. For decisions about your case, talk to a licensed immigration attorney.

Your account

One account is for one person. You may add up to ten of your own receipt numbers. You agree not to add receipts that are not yours, not to resell access, and not to try to break the service.

Free and paid

The news feed, Visa Bulletin tables and a limited number of manual status checks are free. Background monitoring with alerts is paid. Paid plans start with a free trial (30 days, or 60 with a creator code). We collect a card at the start of the trial and charge nothing until the trial ends. We email you before the first charge. You can cancel in one tap from the billing page at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you ask within seven days of your first charge, we refund it.

Prices

$6.99 per month, $34.99 per six months, or $59.99 per year, plus sales tax where it applies. Founding members who join before public launch pay $29 for their first year. Prices may change for new periods; we will tell you at least 30 days before.

Your data

See the privacy policy. In short: encrypted receipts, no password collection, delete everything from Settings.

Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time. We can close accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut the service down, we will give at least 60 days' notice and refund any unused paid period.

Liability

We provide the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on an alert, a missed alert, or information shown here. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past twelve months.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States. If we have a dispute, we will first try to resolve it by email within 30 days.
